Based on your score its hard to say but you wont be able to secure seat in any government or private mbbs or bhms college.You may have chances of getting admission in Deemed universities.
It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc

Hello aspirant. With 169 marks it is next to impossible to get a Government Medical College . The marks versus rank scenario has changed . You can only get private college , that too on management quota. On basis of management quota you would get seat in any Private college , which has vacant seats.
