Hello Jaswanth.As you mentioned that your rank is 16512 under BC-D category it is difficult to get ECE in SVU. As per last year cutoff rank your rank is too high to get admission in SVU.May be even after 2nd or 3rd there os no chance of getting admission in ECE in SVU.For more details visit the official website of SVU, Tirupathi.
