I am sorry to say but since the EWS Quota has been introduced only this year, so there are no previous year cutoffs related to it, hence we are not able to predict suitable colleges for you, but since your rank is pretty higher so most probably you will get some Northeastern NIT with lower branches like Civil or BioTech.
