According to your marks you rank should be around 2.8k to 3.2k, you have achieved a decent score to get a good branch in Manipal main Campus. For CSE you may need to struggle during the counselling but there is surety that you will get CCE, DSE and IT here, there is not much difference in them and CSE, if you are getting then you should definitely go for that.

Beside you will get CSE in Jaipur without any struggle, now its totally up to you whether you take IT/CCE in main campus or CSE in Jaipur campus.
