You haven't mentioned your category, hence presuming it to be general, if we go through 2019 cut-offs then the closing rank of CSE and INF in MVGR College of Engineering for OC Male Candidate was 13281 and 18939 respectively, and  for GMR Institute of Technology the closing rank of CSE and INF was 12328 and 19277 respectively, hence you may have chances for INF in both these colleges but CSE seems tough though this is entirely based on previous year data, and cut-offs vary every year based on multiple factors such as seat matrix/reservation/total number of candidates appearing for the exam etc,
