With the mark that you've given here, your rank will be smewhere between 12000-15000. And this is your rank from the common rank list. you'll have a category rank if you belong OBC-NCL/SC/ST/PwD. As you haven't given any details on that, you'll have to check that for yourselves. i'll leave a link to a rank predicot below -

If you belong to general category, then there is no chance for you to get ECE in NIT Trichy. The case maybe different if you have any kind of reservation. And NITs have 50% seats reserved for students from home state. So, I'll leave another link to know the last rank admitted into various NITs for various courses under different categories.
