Sorry, you cannot get admission in govt college with 180 marks. With 78% in +2 you need more than 400 marks in keam to get govt college.
Meanwhile you can apply for good self financing colleges where scholorships are available. Some suggessions are
1.Scms
2.Fisat
3.Sreepathy
4.Muthoot
