Hi,

If you are talking about getting a college with an ST rank of 18000, then my opinion is that, the chances are very very low. Since only 7.5 percent seats are reserved for ST category, and this makes it really harder to get a seat with a low rank. You can go for the state counselling in your state for government colleges. You can use our college predictor tool for a better idea.
