Getting a seat depends on the cut off marks and Cutoff changes every year and depends on category, no. Of applicants, state domicile. It is difficult to tell you exact chances but the minimum neet qualification is for UR 701-134  and for reserved categories cutoff marks 133-107. So you are only eligible for counselling under reserved category.
