Definitely you can get a management qouta seat in Tamil nadu if we go by the previous year's cutoffs.
The lowest cutoff marks of last year for various categories colleges under management qouta were

• Open category- PSG INSTITUTE Of Medical Sciences, Coimbatore- 128 marks
  
• BC category- Tagore Medical college and hospital, Chennai- 335 marks
  
• SC- Dhanlaxmi Srinivasan Medical college and hospital, Perambalur- 228 marks
  
• ST-  PSG institute of medical Sciences, Coimbatore- 160 marks

Your score is quite low for even management quota. As there is much more competition with good scorers and rankers.
There is very less possibility of getting a seat.
You can try but be ready with other options.
