124 is a low score and chances in the state counseling are remote. But, if there is a mop up round, she may have a slight chance. For that you need to wait for the couselling to be over and if seats are remaining Mop Up rounds would be conducted.

Also under the management quota 131 was the cutoff marks admission to BDS in the UR category last eyar. So if the cutoffs are slightly lesser this time she has a chance in the Deemed Dental Colleges under paid/management seats

Sorry to say but this is a very poor score in Neet she'll not be able to get any government college with these marks and even you want admission in top deemed universities you have to apply for management quota else the only option she have is to take an average private medical college in state level counseling or to repeat next year
