If it is your general category rank then you will get good seat in NITs and also in iiits. Other colleges means GIFTS...etc in other govern ment colleges also you will get seat. But you will not get desired branches mainly cse and ece branches.In other branches their is chance but in this two it is hard to get.

You can easily get IIIT bhuwaneshwar, any branch to be more specific.
Now coming to NITs,
You can get NITs but not CSE or ECE in top NITs
Either you have to choose branch or college. You can't opt for both of them. Choose college according to you preference.
