Frankly, your score is very less for getting into a good government college. Even your ranking is very high. There are less chances of getting a seat even. I don't want to break your heart but this is true to some extent. If you want a private college, there may be some hope. And different colleges have different fee structure. That too not good ones. I know it sounds disheartening but don't lose hope. Try to score better grades. Hope for the best.
