As per your rank in ap EAMCET in 2021 which is approximately 19k and considering you also have the benefit of oc and ews category so let me tell you that you do stand fair chances to get a seat in decent colleges but various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs, and difficulty level of the paper.
