I got 19,294 in EAMCET. Is there any chance to get seat in JNTU Kakinada in CSE branch?

Cutiff for CSE kakinada branches have been within 8000. Hence low chances.

You have good chance with JNTU suktanpur and JNTU manthni For CSE brnach and all other core branches.
Cutoffs sharedbelow for reference.
