First of all 200 marks in neet is very very low score for general students. If you are from reserved categories definitely you can get BDS seat, I tell  you one thing in karnataka o e of my friend has got government medical seat by 220  marks but he was from reserved categories By 175 score in neet one of my friend had also got BDS seat in karnataka but he was also from reserved categories

Sorry to say that but based upon your marks your chances of getting a seat in any BDS college is difficult but you can try for management quota seats in private BDS colleges but for that you have to pay extra money other than your fees.i hope this information helps you.

I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have no chance of getting into government medical colleges either MBBS OR BDS this year.Whichever state you may belong to 199 marks is very less marks and BDS government college cut off goes minimum 430 marks. 

You may try into private medical college though management quota where u may have a chance.All the best for your counselling!!

Colleges is totally depend on the marks you got and the rank. Different states have their own criteria for seats to allote. Under state quota the 85 percent reservation for state students and under all india quota the 15 seats for the other state students.

As you have not mentioned about any state, its difficult to say about any college with any information. As per you marks hard to get government dental collegw, go for the private colleges.
