Rank above 1 lakh in KCET exam means that your score is around or below 40 so, getting a college with AI/ML branch is very difficult. While colleges for mechanical branch like PES College of Engineering and HKBK College might be available for you. If you specifically want AI branch then you should go for direct admission colleges that offer admission on 12th class marks but fees will be slightly higher.

Such colleges are REVA University and NMIT Bangalore.
