As you know admission to private medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under: state quota(85%) and management quota.
The state quota is only available to students having domicile of that state and not for outsiders.
Management quota seats are open to all and cutoffs are usually very low so you surely will get admission through it.
Counselling process for most of the states has started.
