Frankly, 201 is a less score for any good government college seat. But you may get some self financed college if you want. 

About bvsc course, there might be some chance if your rank and score falls in the range on the basis of which they took admission last year. But still there are less chances. I will suggest you to keep working hard and get a better score so that you can get into your dream college.
