I got 493 marks in NEET 2019. All India rank is 53504 can I got any Medical college in Andhra pradesh in BC-D Category

As far I've know Andra pradesh cut off system,you will benefit under the BC category if you have AU/SVU/OU reservations.if you dont have any such reservations then the cutoff is 550.
