Greetings Sachin,

Yes you can get MMUT college in your general rank as well as your OBC rank in ECE.As per the college after the second round of Counselling the closing rank is 15460.So from this it is clearly evident that you can get admission.

You need to be patient enough to complete the counselling process.You will get the College.
