Based upon the marks you have scored in NEET 2019 you have no chances for the government colleges.Regarding the private colleges you may wait for the further counselling rounds to be held.The fee package for private colleges may be quite expensive and may also cross 5-6 lakhs.Management Quota woukd also be expensive resulting in paying twice or thrice the original admission fees.
If you want to get into a government college then I would suggest you to try for another attempt next year in NEET 2020 and secure a better score to get in to the best government colleges.

Dear Gaurav, there are approximately 66000 Medical Srats across India. And then there are 15 lakh students who appeared and quite few who qualified. Inspite of that there is heavy competition among seats. With a score of 210, your rank will be probably in Lakhs and so you cannot get a Medical Seat even in a Private Medical College. You may have to try in Management Quota. And their fees is nothing less than 40 lakhs for the entire duration.
