With the above rank scored by you, it will be some difficult for you to get the top-notch colleges as the cutoff for those colleges is high and your rank is likely to be less. So, you may not get any top branches like cs or it in top colleges. The cutoff is different for different year as it depends on the number of candidates appearing for examination, number of seats available, difficulty level of the papar and so on.

However, looking at the previous year cutoff trends, you can get some low-tier colleges like  cmr institute of technology , Venkateshwara college of engineering and some other parallel colleges.

In a rank of 21k its difficult to get the top 5-10 colleges atleast because their cut off ranges from 1k -5k. So I would recommend you to kindly opt for little lower colleges like cmr institute of technology , Venkateshwara college of engineering and other parallel colleges.

If you are allright with core branches then you can get industrial and production like branches in ms Ramaiah , bms institute of technology. However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college and previous years cut offs.
