See we cannot help you with the accurate information just on the basis of your rank because solely on the basis of your rank it cannot be predicted whether you are qualified for JEE-Advance 2021 or not, percentile that you have scored will decide whether you have qualified for JEE-Advance 2021 or not .

Also on such rank any of the NITs are bit difficult because your OBC rank would lie somewhere very far from 14k-15k.

As the cut-offs are released along with the JEE-Main 2021 result so now it is clear that at what percentile the candidate is eligible for JEE-Advance 2021. As per the NTA, qualifying cut-offs goes like :-

==>> PwD - 0.0096375-87.8273359 Percentile

So you can check out the qualifying cut-offs from the above table and check whether you have qualified for JEE-Advance or not.
