I'm extremely sorry to tell you that according to your OBC rank, it's really very tough to get a college  in andhra pradesh, irrespective of which stream you want to choose. You can ofcourse go for the local colleges , because at the end of the day it's not just a college that matters, if you are a good student, you can flourish in any college.
