You can get msc biology course at pilani campus.there is Also a slight chance that you might get msc chemistry at goa and hyderabad campus

Well, I'm sorry but with those marks your chances of getting any course at any of the BITS campuses is impossible.
You should look for colleges through JEE Mains if you can, or other private colleges.
