Hello candidate.As you mentioned that your rank is 23k in EAMCET there might be a possibility of getting admission in MLRIT.One important thing is that getting an admission in any Engineering college is mainly based on your category.As you didn't mention your category we cannot say that you can get admission in MLRIT.
