I got 24000 rank in bsc agree .can I get govt seat with2A and HK

As you have secured 24000 rank in bsc agriculture and you haven't mentioned your category of eligibility and state of eligibility  and examination authority . Generally with 24000 rank it is a difficult to get a bsc agriculture seat , there are least chances.
