If your query is related to ap pgecet, then let me inform you that Heat transfer course in MTech is offered by vey few colleges under Andhra University. Also since the seats are less and first preference is given to gate qualified candidates, seats don't remain for pgecet candidates. Even if seats remain the cutoff is little high for open category.
