I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have no chance of getting into government medical college with so high rank.The BDS cut off for general category goes minimum upto 50000 rank even under state quota. But if you are in reserved category then there may be some chances.You may try for private medical colleges of your state through management quota because you even have no chance of getting a private medical college through AIQ.
