Roy Engineering College is a private engineering college in Durgapur named after the legendary physician Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy, located in Paschim Bardhaman district, West Bengal, about 200 kilometers from the city of Kolkata, India. Rank between around 6300 to 32000 are accepted here for the b pharm course. So, you have chances.
