The admission for MBBS is done on the basis of your NEET All India Rank and your marks are also considered in cases where tie breaking criteria is applicable. A score of 245 is a very low score along with the rank of 360000. Therefore admission in government Medical College even with category reservation would be difficult. However, you can try for admission in private colleges through management quota but with higher fees.
