As per previous year cut off you can try for IIT Hyderabad, IIT Gandhinagar, IIT Indore, IIT Ropar. For further details about JAM Cut off you can go through below link -

Is DU is better or the above mentioned iits?

If you belong to Delhi then you can go for DU otherwise IIT Hyderabad and IIT Gandhinagar would be the decent choice.
