It is true that it is very hard to get any college with this rank but i suggest you to go for spot round at different college. 

This is a hectic procedure as for this you need to visit that college to get the admission there.

First you will have to recognise the college in whuch you want to build the career then you will have to wait for the last round of jee mains then you have to report to the college with all your certificate to get the admission. 

If possible Contact with the college in person.

frankly to say if you are speaking about JEE main then , its very hard to get any of the colleges as you have very low percentile where as you doesnt evern have the minimum percentile to say the chances where as the addmission is based on the rank not on the percentile , i would suggest you give try the JEE college predictor that might help you
