Dear Aspirant,

I don't think so you can. You see that 25 percentile is very low and it's very tough for you to grab your desired college. I think you hadn't prepared well, if you had then you would have atleast crossed 50 percentile. May be you did but you aren't made for this. I would only advice you to follow your passion. Try giving another chance to yourself if you genuinely want to pursue engineering.
