Sorry to say but with this rank there are fewer chances of getting admission into any government college as for that you should aim for a score greater than 490-500 but don't be dishearten you could easily get admission into some good deemed medical universities.
Though the counseling process hasn't started yet till then you can predict what colleges you might get with this rank with the help of NEET college predictor and can also check previous years cutoffs of different colleges.
