The BITSAT score of 252 as per my experience would not be enough for you to get an admission in any of BITS campus(PILANI,GOA,HYDERABAD).As per the previous years records you can easily analyse the cutoffs for each streams in each of the BITS campuses which is well above 270 for the admission even into the BITS Hyderabad an that too in the Mechanical Stream.
