The TS EAMCET does not have a cut-off per se, however since you are a non-local student, your rank has to be better than the local students to warrant admission.

Unfortunately, according to recent trends, it would seem your rank is not good enough to secure admission in any college through the TS EAMCET for B.sc Agriculture, however, if you prefer to assess your options it would be wise to fill the counseling form and see what colleges and courses you may be eligible for. 

If you belong to a particular category, you may have a better chance of securing a seat.
