I'm afraid but you cannot get Computer Science and engineering branch at VIT VELLORE or VIT CHENNAI campuses.
If you're very rigid about the branch, you may try at VIT BHOPAL and VIT AMARAVATI campuses.
If not, following are some good branches for you:
1) Electronics and Instrumentation engineering (vellore)
2) Electronics and Communication Engineering (Spec. Internet of Things and Sensor) - vellore
3) Electronics and Communication Engineering (chennai)
4) Electrical and Electronics Engineering (chennai)
5) Electronics and Computer Engineering (chennai)
