Hello mohd, hope you are doing well. well the cut offs does changes every year and the cut offs are based onn various categories.. as per your score there decent chances for you to get admisison in private college.. there are changes for you in a private university..

You have not mentioned your reservation category , and your marks seems too low to fetch you a seat with 261 marks ,  I could help you more accurately with the Cutoffs and your domicile , if you specify your reservation category , don't loose hope as the Cutoffs changes every year , try your luck and you could also try for management quota ,

If you are in General category or even OBCthen you can't get any college for MBBS or even Bdes course, except management quota.

But if your are of SC/ST quota then you can get a seat for MBBS or bdes.
