If you belong to sc/st category you may get. Last rank for other candidates below 5000 rank. I've 4700 rank in keam 2019 and got admission in btech agriculture. But if there is any seats available due to temporary admission you may get. Future ahead

After analyzing you can see that the lowest rank in the Government college in Agriculture Engineering was in College of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Thiruvananthapuram, which was 22699 in KN.
I don't get any positive think that you can get any government college, but don't lose your hope, seat in counseling, 2019.
