Admission to governement colleges is provided under two categories. All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%). With a rank of 2.66 lakh it will be almost impossible to get in any college with All India quota. However If you belong to reserved category than you can try your luck in low ranked colleges of your own state. 

Moreover you can go opt for various private colleges you might get with this rank.
