Hello,
With this mark you do have chances of getting a government bams or bhms seat through state quota. You might not get the best college. If not government then you can opt out for some private college.
The expected cutoff marks for admission into bams or bhms course for general category students is around 300 for private colleges it's around 250. Since you are from bc category so you will also entertain certain extent of relaxation in the cutoff.
But do remember that cutoffs are expected to increase this time. So it's difficult to put forward any specific prediction. As of now make sure that you keep yourself updated about all the councelling related information.
Registration for the state ayush councelling is likely to begin from the first week of September. For further details do visit the official site.
Good luck

Hello aspirant!

I am sorry to tell you but with a score of 270 in NEET UG 2019, I don't think you will be able to get admission in any government or private college even if you belong to BC A category. I advise you to drop this year and appear in the examination again next year. I hope this information was helpful!

I wish you all the very best!
