You got 270 marks in NEET 2019. Your score is very less you have to score more if you want to join in a govenment college. You should score 380 - 450 then you will have minimum chance to get a good college. In your case chance is very less to get an admission through counselling. You can try through management seat if your interested. Once again check the college cut off if it not possible to get a seat then go for management quota.
