Hey!

Based upon  your score and the previous year cutoffs , you do not have any chances of getting a government college because the minimum score to get admission in government college is 550 for general category candidate. With 274 score , you can only get a seat in deemed universities like bharti vidyapeeth,Sanskriti university etc

the marks you have score is quite low where as by this score there is very low chances getting the seat in BAMS as well where as the cut of for the bams is 350+ in the state cut of in the most of the colleges so , the chances are very low , you better try for anything new
