Hey,
The cut offs also depend on caste, so if you're an SC/ST candidate then there can be very few chances for you to get seat in horticulture and veterinary and that too not in reputed colleges. but if you belong to any other caste expect that, then it is not possible to get veterinary or horticulture with that. With your rank I would suggest you to take up pharmacy course or Biotechnology.
