As you will be availing 85% State Quota form your state and your chances of getting seat increases.
Nevertheless with score of 275 in SC CATEGORY you have very less chances of getting GOVT MEDICAL COLLEGE. Also since the exam was bit easy this year so the cut offs are expected to increase this year.

You have not mentioned your state so it is quite difficult to predkct. However generally,with SC category and 275 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are negligible.
However you might get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.
As the admission to medical colleges based on NEET is given unsed All India Quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
Cutoffs for states like Karnataka are lower. So much depends on state you belong to.
Also cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.
