an st rank via 85% state quota is on the cards definitely unless you are from states with limited number of medical colleges and high cutoffs..wait for the mopup rounds..of state cousnelling

You would get a seat under state quota in your state, most probably. Please mention your state so that I can provide you cutoff trends so that you get to know about your chances in detail.

Chances are less under all Indiaquota and state quota . You may be eligible for private colleges but under government college u have less chances.
