Following are the expected cutoff ranks for Mechanical engineering branch at VIT campuses:-
1. 17,000 at Vellore campus.
2. 19,000 for Mechanical with Automotive engineering at Vellore campus.
3. 20,000 for Mechanical with energy engineering at vellore campus.
4. 30,000 at Chennai campus.
So you have great chances of getting a seat into Chennai campus for Mechanical engineering.
You will get VIT Bhopal and Amaravati very easily.
