No sorry, according to previous year's cutoff, you can't get at this rank. VIT UNIVERSITY offers Mechanical Engineering along with two specialization.
VIT VELLORE Cutoffs -
ME : 19500
ME(spec. in Automotive Engineering) : 12300
ME(spec. in Energy Engineering) : 20000
But one thing I want to say, we can get ME in Chennai campus.
VIT CHENNAI cutoffs -
ME : 32,000
